COURSE STRUCTURE

REGISTRATION FORM

Full-Time / Hybrid

We offer two study modes to suit different learning preferences. Our full-time mode provides a structured on-campus experience with regular classes, practical sessions, and close interaction with lecturers and peers. Meanwhile, our hybrid mode blends in-person learning with online sessions and self-paced materials, offering greater flexibility while still maintaining strong academic support and engagement.

Duration: 2 Years

The programme is completed over 2 years of academic study, followed by a 4-month internship, giving students valuable hands-on industry experience before graduation.

ENTRY REQUIREMENT : LOCAL

-> SPM/O-LEVEL : PASS WITH MINIMUM OF 3 CREDITS (INCLUDING MATHEMATICS);
-> A PASS IN ANY QUALIFICATION EQUIVALENT TO CERTIFICATE (LEVEL 3, MQF)
-> APEL.A (T-4).

ENTRY REQUIREMENT : INTERNATIONAL

-> A PASS IN ANY QUALIFICATION EQUIVALENT TO CERTIFICATE (LEVEL 3, MQF);
-> IELTS: MINIMUM BAND 5.0 / OR TOEFL;
-> ​OTHER EQUIVALENT QUALIFICATIONS THAT RECOGNIZE BY THE MALAYSIAN GOVERNMENT.
-> APEL.A (T-4).

Intake Periods

The programme offers multiple intakes throughout the year — January, February, April, May, August, and September — giving students flexibility to begin their studies at a time that best fits their plans.

Credit Hours: 90 Hours

The programme consists of 90 credit hours, covering theoretical subjects, practical lab work, and assessments designed to build strong foundational and technical skills in information technology.

Fast-Track Study (APEL.C)

-> ACADEMIC CREDIT TRANSFER (BASED ON PREVIOUS ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION).
-> APEL.C (CREDIT GRANTED TO STUDENTS BASED ON PRIOR EXPERIENTIAL EXPERIENCES).
-> STUDENTS AGED 19 AND ABOVE ARE ALLOWED TO TAKE OPEN ENTRY THROUGH (APEL.A) ROUTE.

Fees Structure

• Local Students: Flexible payment options are available, including PTPTN financing, a monthly payment scheme, and EPF withdrawals for eligible students.
• nternational Students: Fees are payable in full upon enrollment.

Exam & Assessment

Student performance is assessed through Continuous Assessments (60%), which include assignments, projects, and practical tasks, and a Final Exam (40%) that evaluates overall understanding of the course material.
