Diploma in Early Childhood focuses on the comprehensive study of child development, education, and care for children from birth to around eight years old.
Full-Time / Hybrid
We offer two study modes to suit different learning preferences. Our full-time mode provides a structured on-campus experience with regular classes, practical sessions, and close interaction with lecturers and peers. Meanwhile, our hybrid mode blends in-person learning with online sessions and self-paced materials, offering greater flexibility while still maintaining strong academic support and engagement.
Duration: 2 Years
The programme is completed over 2 years of academic study, followed by a 3-month internship, giving students hands-on experience in real fitness and wellness environments before graduation.
ENTRY REQUIREMENT :
-> SPM/O-LEVEL : PASS WITH MINIMUM OF 3 CREDITS;
-> A PASS IN ANY QUALIFICATION EQUIVALENT TO CERTIFICATE (LEVEL 3, MQF)
-> APEL.A (T-4).
Intake Periods
The programme offers multiple intake periods throughout the year — January, February, April, May, August, and September — giving students flexibility to begin their studies at a time that best suits their schedule.
Credit Hours: 90 Hours
The programme comprises 90 credit hours, covering essential theoretical modules, practical fitness training, and assessments designed to build strong knowledge and hands-on skills in fitness and management.
Fast-Track Study (APEL.C)
-> ACADEMIC CREDIT TRANSFER (BASED ON PREVIOUS ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION).
-> APEL.C (CREDIT GRANTED TO STUDENTS BASED ON PRIOR EXPERIENTIAL EXPERIENCES).
-> STUDENTS AGED 19 AND ABOVE ARE ALLOWED TO TAKE OPEN ENTRY THROUGH (APEL.A) ROUTE.
Fees Structure
Students have access to flexible payment options, including PTPTN financing, a monthly payment scheme, and EPF withdrawals for eligible applicants. These options help make the programme more accessible and affordable.
Exam & Assessment
Student performance is evaluated through Continuous Assessments (60%), such as assignments and practical tasks, and a Final Exam (40%) to measure overall understanding of the course material.
